Delivery service Manager duty includes daily decision-making, staff performance evaluation, customer interaction and satisfaction seek, responsibility for the operational efficiency and profitability of the delivery units. Develops and implements plans for continuous delivery service improvements, optimizing profits and increasing sales.
-Ensures restaurants provide 100% customer satisfaction. Coach restaurant managers on achieving 100% Customer satisfaction. Drives “CUSTOMER COMES FIRST” culture
-Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
-Drives "ACCOUNTABILITY" for growing sales by ensuring great execution (on target or better on Sales targets, Manger controllable Profit) and driving store level marketing initiatives.
-Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, scheduling and evaluation of assigned restaurants delivery function. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include hiring, and training delivery drivers & order takers; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
